Philippine Prison Experiments - Richard Strong inoculated 24 inmates with an experimental cholera vaccine. His theory for vaccinating the inmates with living cholera was that it would grant them immunity from the disease. However, the vaccines seemed to have gotten contaminated with plague organisms. Strong’s coworker had received a call about two of the patients. They were extremely sick and one was likely to die.
Guatemala Syphilis Experiment - unethical experimentation on vulnerable human populations in Guatemala
Ohio Penitentiary cancer experiments - Dr Chester M. Southam injected tumor cells into 53 prisoners in the Ohio State Penitentiary and later, 22 elderly, patients in Brooklyn in 1952. Bear in mind, that none of his human subjects had cancer. The inmates were told that they faced, “no grave danger. Any cancer that took would spread slowly…and could be removed surgically.”
Operation Seaspray - the government of the United States would violate the Nuremberg Code as it undertook one of the largest human experiments in history, spraying the city of San Francisco with a microbe, Serratia marcescens, in a simulated germ warfare attack.
Act of 1871 Washington DC - created a single government for the entire federal district and effectively formed Washington, D.C. as it exists today.
Multiple False Flag events - an act committed with the intent of disguising the actual source of responsibility and pinning blame on another party.
